Kemp Ridley Turtles
On Tuesday August 19th park rangers from Gulf Island National Seashore released more than 100 Kemp Ridley Turtles. With an estimated survival rate of 1 in 10,000 they are the most critically endangered of all sea turtles. It was an incredible experience!

Mardi Gras 2010
The Mardi Gras parade was held on February 13th and over 30,000 revelers braved the weather and came out to see it! The theme this year was Mythical Creatures! Enjoy the pictures!

Navarre Beach Pier OPENS!!!
Navarre Beach Pier Opens!!!!
Extending out 1545 Ft, it is the longest pier in the State of Florida and in the Gulf of Mexico! A large crowd was on hand all weekend long to enjoy our new pier. Hours of operation for this summer are 5 am- 10 pm seven days a week. Come out and enjoy!
